Currently, we are hiring IFS Implementation Consultants in Finance, SCM, EAM, and Project Managers in the Netherlands.

Ensure seamless integration, data migration, testing, and user training, supporting a smooth transition and operational efficiency.

Requirement Analysis & Gathering – Understanding the business processes of the client and mapping it into IFS. Translate these requirements into business solution document and detailed configuration setups within IFS Applications.

System Configuration – Identify CRIMs, configure and coordinate with technical team for customizing IFS modules (such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Maintenance, or Manufacturing) based on client needs, adhering to best practices and standard functionality within the IFS suite. Functional Guidance - Act as a functional expert in IFS Applications, providing insight and guidance on best practices for ERP use, system optimization, and business process improvements.

Application Solution Testing – Develop Test plans and test cases for performing Application Solutions Testing. Data Migration – Perform front-end data migration for basic / master data and transactional data (cutover data). Work with technical teams to facilitate data migration from legacy systems, ensuring data quality and smooth transition to the IFS environment.

User Training & Support - Conduct core & end user training sessions to ensure client teams are well-versed in IFS Applications functionalities. Create user training manuals as per the business processes.

User Acceptance Testing – Support and ensure end-users are comfortable navigating and using the system. Hypercare Support – Provide immediate post-go-live support to ensure business continuity and system stability after the IFS ERP go-live. Provide hands-on support and guidance to users to help them adapt to the new system. Provide handover to the Internal support team for continuous support and tickets resolution.

Work Location : Netherlands
The candidate must have proficiency in the Dutch language (mandatory)

Experience with IFS Cloud.
Ability to work independently as a consultant and within collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with client teams and explain functional aspects.
