You will work closely with clients, Process Leads, and project teams to deliver practical, industry‑leading solutions and help ensure the success of complex transformation initiatives.br/ /ppAmong your responsibilities will be:br/ /pulliStrengthen Pathways' subject matter expert (SME) knowledge within core maritime processes, including Maintenance, Procurement, Inventory, Dry Docking, Projects, QHSSE, and Document Management. /liliFacilitate and lead client workshops focused on process management, including process mapping, process improvement, and requirements gathering. /liliAct as Pathways' “ content ” authority on core maritime processes. /liliApply industry best practices and help manage stakeholder expectations throughout the transformation journey. /liliBridge operational experience with client needs, helping stakeholders navigate change , and identify practical improvements. /liliContribute to improving project deliverables by ensuring solutions are operationally sound and aligned with industry’s best practices. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3pAbout you :br/ /pulliStrong understand of core maritime processes, including Maintenance, Procurement, Inventory, Dry Docking / Projects, QHSSE, and Document Management. /liliOperational experience from either sailing or shore-based maritime roles, such as Superintendent, Fleet Manager, Technical Manager, or similar. /liliExperience with driving change and transformation within maritime organizations. /liliExperience from system implementation in a maritime organization – for instance experience implementing Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS). /liliProven ability to lead, coach, and mentor junior team members. /liliAbility to work on‑site with the client. /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliFluent in English, both written and spoken. /liliDutch language skills ( spoken and written) are considered an advantage. /li /ulpWhy Pathwaysbr/ /ppAt Pathways, we build long‑term partnerships—not short‑term consulting engagements.
