ph3About the role /h3pWe are hiring a bSenior Talent Partner /b to support bEarly Careers and Emerging Talent hiring /b during a critical delivery period for our client. /ppThis is a hands-on, delivery-focused contract role, supporting high-volume recruitment across non-technical Early Careers programmes. /ph3Team and business context /h3pYou will be fully embedded into our Client's Early Careers / Emerging Talent team focusing on attraction, selection and hiring with success in this role being measured by hiring delivery and conversion outcomes. /ph3Responsibilities /h3pAs Senior Talent Partner, you will: /pulliOwn high-volume Early Careers hiring for Mobility Operations and Commercial teams /liliPartner closely with hiring managers and programme stakeholders /liliDeliver against hiring timelines and volume targets /liliSupport campus and university hiring activity where required /liliEnsure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliProven experience in volume recruitment, ideally early careers /liliStrong pipeline and process management skills /liliAbility to work at pace in a high-growth environment /liliConfident stakeholder management and communication skills /li /ulh3Preferred (not essential): /h3ulliEarly Careers, graduate or emerging talent hiring experience /liliCampus or university recruitment exposure /liliExperience targeting specific universities or talent pools /li /ulh3Why apply /h3ulliHigh-impact role within a globally recognised business /liliOwnership of meaningful Early Careers hiring programmes /liliClear delivery mandate and conversion opportunity /liliImmediate exposure to large-scale, high-volume recruitment /li /ulp bApply now /b or... my inbox is open to discuss the role in confidence. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
