This role requires flexibility, a proactive can-do attitude and the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliReview invitation to tender documents from clients and define the bid approach together with the Commercial Manager; /liliIdentify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and maintain supplier relationships; /liliPrepare tender documents aligned with customer requirements and coordinate all internal and external elements; /liliCoordinate the handover to the project team after successful tenders and become part of the project as Project Engineer where required; /liliWork with project and operational teams to design and engineer detailed solutions that satisfy specific bid requirements; /liliLiaise with legal and contracts teams to ensure contractual terms and conditions are prepared, collated and approved as part of the tender submission; /liliMonitor market developments, clients, competition, expected tenders and related opportunities; /liliSupport the marketing team with presentations, social media, exhibitions, website content and related activities. /li /ulh3Reporting Lines /h3ulliManaging Director; /liliProject Manager; /liliFinance Manager. /li /ulh3Integrated Management System (IMS) /h3ulliTake ownership of and maintain allocated IMS documents and IMS procedures; /liliInteract as necessary with the owners of other related IMS documents and IMS procedures. /li /ulh3Competence /h3h3Education /h3ulliBachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a technical field. /li /ulh3Experience /h3ulliMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience. /li /ulh3Skills /h3ulliStrong analytical skills; /liliNegotiation abilities; /liliGood command of English; /liliAbility to work under minimal supervision and direction; /liliTechnical and practical understanding of engineering, procurement, construction and installation methods and techniques as applicable to subsea cable laying; /liliTrack record in an offshore or subsea related project environment; /liliFlexibility to travel abroad. /li /ulh3What are
