Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution and closing of projects according to scope, deadlines and budget. You ensure alignment between cross‑functional project team members and other stakeholders to drive business success. Your main responsibility will be to deliver measurable project results, managing implementation milestones and due dates, and creating awareness of dependencies and risks. You keep the bigger picture in mind while making sure plans are translated into action. The focus and thereby interest of the project manager we are looking for is on strategic projects where the implementation of new or revised ways of working are leading, and technology supporting. Projects can range from new business implementations or improvement of our business model(s), together with the implementation of new or more advanced technology. Your stakeholders can be found across the entire value chain, included but not limited to the Product department, Sales (B2B / B2C), Business operations Logistics, Finance or IT. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine the executional approach for project's scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. /liliDefine detailed project plans, including resources, timelines and budget. /liliProject Execution Lead teams in the implementation of project plans. /liliAssign tasks and responsibilities to team members and follow up on progress. /liliMonitor progress and recognize upcoming challenges or risks. /liliDefine, propose and implement countermeasures. /liliQuality Control Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. /liliBudget Management Track project expenses and ensure they stay within budget. /liliPrepare financial reports and forecasts related to project expenditures. /liliCommunication Stakeholder Management Plan well in advance and report potential escalations to senior management and other stakeholders in a timely manner. /liliProvide regular updates on status and successes to program stakeholders, the wider company and your colleagues within the PMO team. /liliProject Closing Oversee the completion of project deliverables and ensure they are handed over to the relevant stakeholders. /liliConduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree, for example in Business, Management or another relevant field. /liliMinimum 4+ years of relevant experience in project management or a comparable role. /liliProficient in English. /liliKnowledge of, or an interest in developing your knowledge of, Project Management methods such as PRINCE2, IPMA, Agile or another relevant methodology. /liliA strategic mindset and experience translating strategic thinking into tactical planning. /liliExcellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills. /liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. /liliA process-oriented, structured and organized approach to managing multiple priorities. /liliYou know how to bring different stakeholders together and keep projects moving forward. /liliTo apply for this role, you must already have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
