- Back-end Platform Engineer /h3 pOur proprietary AI platform is the foundation upon which we develop and deploy all our solutions. As a Back-end Engineer, you will contribute to the core of this platform, designing and building the functionalities that make our AI solutions robust and reliable, while keeping our development processes efficient. /p pYour mission is to engineer the back-end systems that form the backbone of our AI platform. This is a hands‑on role in developing, deploying, and managing the various (cloud‑ and edge‑based) components of the platform, with a strong focus on scalability, efficiency, and innovation. /p h3What you will do /h3 h3Platform Architecture Application Design /h3 ul liYou will be jointly responsible for designing and detailing the technical architecture of new applications within our AI platform. /li liYou will build new applications from concept to realization, for example, in the areas of bdata management, annotation, and model training /b. /li /ul h3Backend Development /h3 ul liDevelop the core of our AI platform through robust back‑end services in bPython /b (FastAPI/Django). /li /ul h3Cloud, DevOps Deployment /h3 ul liDesign and develop robust, scalable cloud architectures (Azure/AWS). /li liActively contribute to the bdeployment of AI models /b to both cloud and edge environments, in collaboration with our AI Engineers. /li /ul h3Engineering Culture Full-Stack Contribution /h3 ul liContribute to the front-end of modern web apps (using technologies like React and TypeScript) when projects require it. /li liWork closely in a small, technically strong team. /li liIndependently make decisions and initiate improvements in our code, architecture, and development processes, with a focus on operational excellence. /li /ul br/ h3What we are looking for /h3 pOur ideal candidate is an experienced and driven engineer who excels in building scalable back-end systems. p h3Essential Skills (Must-Haves) /h3 ul liMinimum of 4 years of relevant experience in back-end development roles. /li liExcellent programming skills in bPython /b (or a comparable language), with in-depth knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns. /li liDemonstrable DevOps expertise with cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), including experience with bKubernetes and Containerization (Docker) /b and automation tools such as Terraform. /li /ul h3Desired Extras (Pre's) /h3 ul liSome experience with front-end frameworks (such as React, Vue, or Angular) to provide a full-stack contribution. /li liProgramming skills in languages such as Kotlin, Java, or related languages. /li liYou are a 'continuous learner' and enjoy staying up-to-date with the latest trends in technology. /li liThe opportunity to be an integral part of the growth and development of cutting‑edge AI solutions. /li liA fun and down-to‑earth team where quality and enjoyment are important, within an informal company culture. /li liCompetitive compensation, flexible working conditions, and a team that supports your professional ambitions. /
