You will work with modern machines, robots, and a variety of materials in a dynamic 24/5 production environment. Experience in injection molding is a plus, but certainly not required — motivation and a willingness to learn make the difference. /ppWe work according to ABB’s values: strongcare, courage, curiosity collaboration. /strong /pWhat will you be doing at ABB?pTogether with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the entire machine park within the injection molding department at ABB. Your main task is to monitor and manufacture products using injection molding machines, robots, and other peripheral equipment. /ppNo two days are the same in this dynamic organization. Tasks range from setting up machines and changing molds to adjusting robots and performing quality checks. /ppAdditional responsibilities include: /pulliTroubleshooting technical issues /liliRecording production progress in SAP and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) /liliPerforming (preventive) maintenance on machines /li /ulpThis is a strongthree-shift position /strong, including: /pulliMorning shift: 06:00 – 14:00 /liliAfternoon/evening shift: 14:00 – 22:00 /liliNight shift: 22:00 – 06:00 /li /ulpThe schedule for the coming year is already prepared, so you will know your shifts well in advance. You will also receive a strongshift allowance of 24% /strong. /pYour teampThe factory in Ede is a production site for low-voltage components—products that make buildings smarter. /ppWithin the injection molding department, three shifts operate 24/5 to produce our full range of 600 products. You will work with many different materials and collaborate closely with fellow operators and the team leader. /ppTogether with your team, you are responsible for ensuring safety on the work floor.
