To continue to grow, we are currently recruiting an Account Manager NL/EN (M/F/X)


As an Account Manager, you grow and diversify relationships with a defined portfolio of customers. You will own the account strategy, drive profitable growth, and ensure an exceptional customer experience, with a focus on industrial clients in the electrical equipment, protection and control systems, and software domains.

Own and execute medium- to long-term account strategies to increase share of wallet, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Develop retention and growth strategies for a defined portfolio of industrial clients; Coordinate end-to-end sales activities—from demand creation and opportunity shaping to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Ensure timely and high-quality issue resolution, maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
Forecast and track account performance (pipeline, revenue, margins); Bachelor’s degree (minimum), preferably in a scientific or technical field (such as Electrical, Electromechanical, Electronic Engineering, or Industrial Engineering)
Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or solution sales within the energy, automation, or industrial electrification sectors.
Strong commercial and analytical skills: pricing, forecasting, and contract negotiation.
Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English; additional languages are an asset.


Collaboration with a global network of technical and commercial experts.
