Electrical Manager

In this role you lead discipline-specific engineering on large capital/EPCM projects, acting as the primary technical authority and coordinating with EPCM contractors, client site reps, and home-office teams. You drive quality, scope clarity, and risk management while ensuring operations input informs design. You will deliver technical guidance, approve critical design decisions, and support procurement and site verification activities. • Direct and oversee all discipline engineering operations across the project lifecycle
• Serve as the main technical liaison among EPCM contractor, client site representatives, and home-office teams
• Monitor EPCM contractor performance and escalate risks to ensure scope, quality, budget, and deliverables are clear
• Provide expert technical guidance and prompt solutions for complex engineering challenges
• Approve key design and drawing decisions per established authorization procedures
• Ensure design input from operations, maintenance, and site reps is incorporated
• Conduct site inspections and data verification with EPCM contractor as needed
• Support procurement activities and facilitate alignment between site management and project team

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline with proven leadership on large capital/EPCM projects, ideally from the owner/customer perspective (including commissioning of new assets)
• Deep expertise in discipline engineering, Operational Excellence Standards, HSE Guidelines, and process design reviews
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management with a track record of accountability across multinational teams
