We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join our team on an interim basis. You will play a critical role in optimizing and enhancing our Salesforce environment, with a strong focus on API clean-up, automation, and advanced Service Cloud deployments.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Clean up and optimize licensing structures.

  • Refactor and enhance a complex set of APIs.

  • Develop and maintain Apex code for custom solutions.

  • Implement and automate Service Cloud deployments.

  • Work on WhatsApp integration and other communication channels.

  • Leverage Einstein AI for intelligent automation and workflow improvements.

  • Create advanced account automations and workflows .

  • Collaborate in an agile/scrum environment.

Requirements:


  • At least 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Service Cloud .

  • Strong expertise in Apex, APIs, and automation .

  • Experience with deployment automation on Salesforce Service Cloud.

  • Familiarity with Einstein AI and intelligent automation.

  • Hands-on experience with WhatsApp integration and communication workflows .

  • Ability to work in an agile/scrum environment.

  • Availability to work on-site 2 days per week .
