This role combines network support with general daily datacenter operations, offering a dynamic and diverse technical environment. Support and troubleshoot Monitor (cisco) network performance and keep everything running smoothly On Site Support (in Heerlen) for employees Handle (first level support) in daily datacenter tasks such as: Server Management Hypervisor Management Storage Management Monitoring Backup & Recovery Profound experience in a similiar job in Network Support & Daily Datacenter Operations Relevant background in IT (i.e. MBO4, CCNA certification) or similiar education/apprenticeship/trainings/certification within IT In-depth Cisco Network experience with the entire suite (such as Any Connect, Firepower, Catalyst, ISE) At best, general first support knowledge of the below mentioned Windows Administration VMwareAdministration NetApp Administration CheckMK Administration Veeam Administration English (C1); Dutch is a strong plus The role is permanent, starting with a 1-year contract and a 1-month probation, continuing indefinitely after a successful performance review . Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.
