PMO Specialist

Job Overview:

The Project Management Office( PMO) Specialist is required to ensure that projects are executed in a high-quality and standardized manner, fully aligned with our Client PMO requirements. PMO Specialist will serve as a key liaison between the internal project team and the Client PMO team, ensuring that all PMO-related processes, methodologies, and deliverables are correctly implemented. PMO Specialist will play a crucial role in the alignment, development, and implementation of PMO work processes and behaviors within the project. This includes close collaboration with Quality, Engineering Management, and Document Management internally, as well as direct engagement with the Client PMO team externally.

Key Responsibilitie

• sEnsure project phase preparation aligns with PMO requirements
• .Define and oversee documentation deliverables for each project phase
• .Maintain accuracy and completeness of metadata in the Master Document Register
• .Supervise the development of verification plans and reports
• .Act as a bridge between the Client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and adherence to PMO requirements
• .Drive quality control efforts, ensuring compliance with project documentation and processes
