Warehouse Associate

Job description

We are searching for a dedicated and passionate individual with warehouse background who is ready to join a company that is currently building strong momentum and growth. Your role is to manage and distribute engine parts to worldwide.

Physical Abilities Requirements:

• Strength & Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, often up to 20 KG, and perform tasks that require extended periods of standing, walking, or bending.
• Material handling: Ability to handle items carefully, pack products, and use equipment efficiently.
• Manual Handling & Load Carrying: Knowledge of safe lifting techniques to prevent injury.

Warehouse Operations Knowledge Requirements:

• Forklift Operation: Knowledge of forklift operation (optional)
• Inventory Management: Familiarity with inventory systems, such as stock tracking
• Order Picking and Packing: Experience in retrieving products from shelves and packaging them for shipment.
• Shipping and Receiving: Skills related to receiving and verifying goods from suppliers, as well as preparing outgoing shipments.
• Warehouse Layout & Organization: Understanding the layout of the warehouse and organizing goods in a way that maximizes space and efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work with a team, following instructions and supporting coworkers to complete tasks efficiently.
• Verbal & Written Communication: Ability to report issues or discrepancies to supervisors, communicate effectively with colleagues, and follow written procedures.
