What You'll Do

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers and engineers , fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Lead the design and architecture of scalable and robust software solutions, ensuring alignment with the overall technical strategy.
  • Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing best practices and conducting code reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and software architects, to deliver exceptional products.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues , ensuring the stability and performance of software solutions.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and timelines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts and project timelines effectively to diverse stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

  • MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C/C++.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Experience in designing and architecting scalable and robust software solutions.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expertise in software design patterns and development best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
