About the position

As a Consulting Analyst, you will be a key member of our project teams, which typically work with a project manager and 1-3 other project members (analysts and/or consultants). The duration of our assignments generally ranges from 6-12 weeks.

Your day-to-day activities include market data analysis, understanding client data, competitive benchmarking, building detailed (financial, operational, optimization) models, or evaluating improvement initiatives. You will also compile your results, developing presentations to show findings internally or to the client.

At Aevean, you will gain invaluable experience working with senior management from the start of your career. Frequent feedback after projects coupled with regular interactions with your performance manager (mentor) will help personalize the pace and direction of your growth journey.

As your performance and experience develop, you will be given the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities such as thought leadership, firm development, and more. Travel is highly likely across the globe.

Preferred qualifications

To receive an interview, candidates must ideally have:

• Master’s degree with a strong academic record from a top-tier institution
• Track record of achievements in extracurricular and professional endeavors
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative and conceptual skills
• Experience with modelling and operations research knowledge is preferred
• Fluent speaker and communicator in English
• Accurate, attention to detail, and able to work in a structured and proactive way
• Self-motivation and initiative to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines while still delivering a flawless product
• Willingness to travel internationally
