Job Description

As an Explosive Designer , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing explosive components for advanced weapon systems. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop cutting-edge technologies that meet the highest military and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and optimizing explosive charges and initiation systems.
• Conducting simulations and tests to ensure performance and safety.
• Collaborating with engineers, chemists, and AI specialists to develop innovative solutions.
• Documenting development processes and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Analyzing test results and implementing design improvements.
• Staying up to date with the latest technological advancements and legislation in the field.

Requirements:

• A completed master's degree or PhD in Explosive Chemistry, Weapon Technology, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in designing and testing explosive materials and systems.
• Experience in selecting explosive compounds, blast and fragmentation considerations, and designing explosive trains with detonics selection.
• Knowledge of military standards and regulations regarding explosives.
• Experience with simulation software and high-speed testing methods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Availability for security screening and confidentiality agreements.
