Senior Accounts Payable

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Invoice Processing : Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of vendor invoices, leveraging SAP to maintain smooth operations.
  2. Vendor Communication : Serve as the primary contact for vendor-related queries both internal and external and super user of the VIM.
  3. Lead and support the Accounts Payable Team : Be the go to for questions and Assist with daily tasks and operational support for the AP team, contributing to process optimization.
  4. Problem Resolution : Analyse and resolve vendor-related issues and discrepancies, addressing the root cause to maintain accuracy and compliance. (Purchase to Pay)
  5. Tax Management : Oversee the creation of tax payments and ensure proper management of tax balance accounts in line with company policies.

Job requirements:

  1. Experience:- At least 4 years of experience as Senior Accounts Payable in a large and global technical business a MUST
  2. Purchase to pay and SAP are a MUST.
  3. Vendor Management: Proficient VIM experience and competency to manage relationships with international vendors.
  4. Experienced in a senior role , be the key point of contact for the administrative team offering guidance, delegate tasks and lead weekly team meetings with confidence.
  5. Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve accounts payable issues, strong communication skills in English.
  6. Work experience in a similar industry (offshore and engineering) with a practical, meticulous approach, managing deadlines and ensuring accuracy with financial documentation.
