Financial Assistant

Financial Administrative Support - 10 months - interim (zzp) or payroll - start asap

For my client in the northern part of Limburg I am looking for support in the finance team. Starter or junior+ role.

About the Role:

We are looking for a temporary financial administrative professional (32-38 hours per week) to join an international company. In this role, you will support financial reporting and data analysis within a dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects and help optimize financial processes. This position is set to run until at least December 2026, with the possibility of extension or a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with financial reporting and data processing using Excel and other systems.
• Prepare internal reports while ensuring quality and compliance with guidelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting according to internal and external standards.
• Verify and transfer data across different systems while performing quality checks.
• Maintain communication with relevant stakeholders within the organization.

Team & Work Environment:

You will be part of an international finance team responsible for delivering financial insights to both local and corporate departments. The team is transitioning to a more collaborative approach to adapt to changing priorities, and your contribution will be essential in ensuring a smooth transition.

Who Are You?

You are a motivated finance candidate with an analytical mindset and great attention to detail. You can work independently but also thrive in a team environment. You have strong communication skills and can manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.

What You Bring:

• A few years of experience in a financial or administrative role.
• Familiarity with digital tools and ERP systems (such as SAP, Excel, SQL).
• Basic knowledge of IFRS and an understanding of local accounting principles.
• An affinity for corporate tax calculations.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage.
