Contracts Advisor E&P Industry

At Petrogas E&P Netherlands B.V., we are looking for a Senior Contracts Advisor to join our Supply Chain Management team. In this role, you will be the key link between internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective contract and procurement processes.

Your Role as Contracts Advisor

  • Manage and negotiate complex, high-value, and high-risk contracts, including service and procurement agreements
  • Ensure compliance with commercial, legal,and HSEQ regulations
  • Oversee contractor management and safety to maintain reliable operations and minimize incidents
  • Ensure procurement and contract processes comply with internal and external regulations, including Supply Chain Management policies
  • Control transport and operational costs, including budgeting and cost management for helicopter flights to offshore production platforms and well repair projects
  • Continuously improve procurement processes for greater efficiency
  • Work closely with internal departments and external suppliers at all levels
  • Guide junior SCM employees and act as the Supply Chain Management Manager's substitute when required

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management
  • At least 5 years of experience in the petrochemical, offshore, or oil & gas industry
  • Proven expertise in contract management and procurement for high-value, high-risk projects
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals
  • Independent and analytical mindset to identify and drive improvements
  • Fluency in Dutch and English at a professional level
