AREA SALES MANAGER - THE NETHERLANDS Workplace/area of responsibility - mobile type of work for area of The Netherlands (will be detailed/specified in relation to the candidate's preference and location ) Main tasks: field sales of VOX and VILO product categories – decorative wall panels, skirtings, floors and accessories, ceiling panels, soffit panels, facade claddings/boards, implementation of trade policy, distribution and marketing plans on the market, initiating and carrying out activities relevant to the development of distribution and sales like displays in channel network showrooms, field work with all distribution channels and accompanying their sales team sometimes to close the projects, professional and efficient service in order to retain existing customers, attracting and acquiring new customers in accordance with the adopted strategy of distribution channel, responsibility for sales performance (targets), providing presentation and training to channel partners on mock ups and products on regular basis Candidate profile: desire and drive to work in a field sales environment with a focus on business development (new clients)>2-year of experience in sales (interior/exterior furnishing products, building materials or complementary categories) in one of our channels (specialist wholesalers and retailers, DIY chains stores, showrooms, contractors), goal oriented, good negotiation skills, opened and high communication skills, english proficiency - intermediate or higher (oral/written), driving license We guarantee: full support and advisory from our HQ and North Central South Europe/Middle East/Africa sales structure, all the necessary equipment: notebook, cell phone, company car, clear set of goals and transparent bonus system, cooperation with leading PVC manufacturer, with a well recognized brand The data administrator is Services VOX sp.z o.o. sp.k. with headquarters in Czerwonak (62-004) at ul.
