What You’ll Do

As a Sr. Technician in Protein Analytics , you will participate in analytical projects involving HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, and bioassays , while ensuring GMP compliance, mentoring technicians, and troubleshooting complex issues . You will also support method validation, stability testing, and audits.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading analytical projects focused on HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, and bioassays
  • Mentor and train junior technicians, ensuring GMP compliance
  • Review analytical data, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize processes
  • Participate in method validation, stability testing, and raw material analysis
  • Represent the QC department during client audits and regulatory inspections
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure smooth lab operations

What You Bring

  • HLO degree or equivalent in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Analytical Chemistry
  • 3-5 years of experience in a GMP (Bio)analytical QC environment
  • Expertise in liquid chromatography methods (LC, HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS)vnbbn Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in protein analytics
  • Fluent English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and technical reporting skills
