As part of the Europe Marketing team, the Marketing Executive is key in helping build the TCS brand in the Netherlands, driving and coordinating Marketing programmes & campaigns.
To enhance and amplify TCS' brand presence and positioning in The Netherlands, you are responsible for Contributing towards driving and coordinating TCS' Marketing Plan for the Netherlands; Aligning and balancing country business objectives and with corporate & marketing objectives; Enabling the company, its account leads and sales teams in building and growing client and prospect connects/relationships; This includes support on concept development, event planning and logistics, from conception to wind up – with GDPR compliance and working together with partners/vendors, ensuring that event objectives are met. Media relations, content management & creations : Also to build the TCS brand in the Netherlands, you would be responsible for providing support in the development of marketing collateral, videos and interactive assets as required by the sales and account teams in the region.
~ To support our sales team, you will work with regional industry and horizontal marketing teams to coordinate and manage the marketing channel mix (campaigns, events, collateral, sponsorships etc.) in support of business development objectives (lead and opportunity generation, brand awareness) for the Netherlands sales team. You will also enable market research and competitive research (in collaboration with corporate research teams) to help support the sales teams in better understanding the market, building a stronger strategy and positioning the company ahead of its competitors.
3-6 years experience in marketing in a corporate entity. Experience in the Service Industry is preferred but not necessary, any experience in the IT sector would be a plus
~ Ground experience in field marketing function/organization over a minimum 2-3 years period with experience across the broad areas of the marketing value chain including events, campaigns, collateral, analyst relations, media relations etc.
~ Absolute fluency and expertise in written and spoken English. Knowing Dutch is not essential, but a plus.
~ A grasp on key reporting/management software tools.
~ You are fluent in Dutch and English
