About Us:

Pedevilla International BV provides catering services to ESA ESTEC, focusing on quality, sustainability, and teamwork. We are looking for a Banqueting Manager to oversee and execute high-quality events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

What You Will Do:

• Plan and manage all aspects of banquet events, from initial setup to final execution.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their specific event requirements and special requests.
• Oversee event logistics, including seating arrangements, décor, and service flow.
• Supervise and train banquet staff, ensuring high service standards.
• Monitor food and beverage operations to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Handle event quotations, invoicing, and cost control to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Work from Monday to Friday, with flexibility for events as needed.

Who We Are Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills. Fluency in English is essential.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of event planning software and invoicing systems is a plus.
