**Function**:
As a Logistics Trainee, you will gain experience in different departments. In this way you will become familiar with our logistics processes and get the chance to put your theoretical knowledge into practice. During your Traineeship, you will also make an active contribution to our Lean Six Sigma working methodology.
- After some time, a choice will be made and you will be given the opportunity to take on tasks in line with your interests and ambitions in the longer term:

- Either you choose an administrative direction (planning, customer service, reporting, analysis);
- Or you develop yourself towards an operational management role (team leader, supervisor).
- As a Trainee, you will support the other Contract Supervisors in all common tasks. You will participate in various projects in the context of process and service optimization, and provide support in the preparation of customer reports (MBR, OBR).

**Profile**:

- You have HBO/ WO working and thinking level and preferably a completed education in logistics;
- You have a passion for logistics and a great sense of responsibility;
- You have knowledge of logistics processes and systems, knowledge of PKMS is an advantage
- You are ambitious;
- You have some experience in maintaining customer contacts;
- You have a certain degree of sensitivity which enables you to empathize with customers and their needs;
- You have no 9 to 5 mentality and a flexible attitude; You are able to set priorities in order to achieve the desired results;
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both oral and written;
- You are structured, accurate and stress resistant.
