Als Operationeel Manager vervul je een essentiële rol binnen Carrier Rental Systems. Je bent de drijvende kracht achter de realisatie van onze ambities en neemt een leidende positie in, waarmee je een inspiratiebron vormt voor je collega’s van team operatie

Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen en kijkt proactief vooruit.

In je functie leid je de operationele activiteiten in de breedste zin voor al onze verhuur activiteiten. Onder jouw beheer verlopen processen naadloos en werken teams met enthousiasme. Je coördineert alle aspecten van de buitendienst en weet verantwoordelijkheden op de juiste wijze te delegeren aan bekwame medewerkers. Je baseert je beslissingen niet alleen op bestaande informatie maar anticipeert ook actief op toekomstige ontwikkelingen aangaande onze verhuurvloot. Je integreert nieuwe oplossingen effectief in de lopende operaties. Met jouw visie en dynamiek stimuleer de service coördinator en draag je zorg voor een juiste planning en logistiek plan, verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van de werkplaats medewerkers en de servicemonteurs buitendienst.

De Manager Rental is jouw directe leidinggevende en tevens je sparringpartner. Als verantwoordelijke voor de operatie in de Benelux streef je naar hoge standaarden in vakmanschap en professionaliteit, waarmee je jouw team naar een hoger niveau tilt. Samen met de Sales Manager Benelux en Manager Rental maak je deel uit van het Management Team.

Omschrijving van de werkzaamheden:

- Aansturing van de service coördinator en (Technisch) Operationeel Medewerkers alsmede externe medewerkers. Zorg dragen voor adequate planning/logistiek plan/uitvoering rental werkzaamheden;
- Volledig beheren van ons warehouse in Nieuwegein. Denk hierbij o.a. aan onderhoud, reparaties aan verhuurvloot en het verhuur klaar maken van alle machines;
- Zorgt voor een planning van de 24/7 service diensten;
- Realiseert tijdig onderhoud en het voldoen aan wet en regelgeving m.b.t. Carrier Rental verhuurvloot;
- Draagt zorg voor correct PBM gebruik tijdens de werkzaamheden;
- Draagt zorg voor duidelijke eenduidige Rapportages van de werkzaamheden bij klanten;
- Draagt zorg voor begeleiding en ondersteuning, telefonisch of ter plaatse van de (Technisch) operationeel medewerker bij de uitvoer van werkzaamheden;
- Draagt zorg voor technische ondersteuning van de afdeling commercie bij het maken van offertes;
- Draagt zorg voor onderhoudsschema’s voor de Carrier Rental apparatuur;
- Draagt zorg voor het maken van werkinstructies voor de (Technisch) operationeel Medewerker;
- Maakt projectevaluaties en komt met verbetervoorstellen om het projectrendement te verbeteren;
- Brengt de technische competenties van de (Technisch) Operationeel Medewerker in kaart en maakt een opleidings
- en ontwikkelplan per medewerker;
- Organiseert technische scholingen voor (Technisch) Service Medewerker en Commercie;

- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, essentieel voor de rol als manager en centraal aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie.
- Organisatorisch sterk, daadkrachtig, snel kunnen schakelen en beslissen
- Een echte verbinder, sociaal vaardig in zowel het Nederlands als Engels
- Leidinggevende kwaliteiten met oog voor detail
- Ervaren in een soortgelijke functie
- Je zorgt voor de naleving van de gemaakte afspraken;
- HBO werk -en denkniveau met technische achtergrond (bv. Werktuigbouwkunde/elektrotechniek/technisch bedrijfskunde etc.)
