We are now looking for a Communication Business Partner who will have several portfolios in scope, those being Business Acquisitions & Venture, Circular, Financial Markets, and Real Estate.

- Independently coach, support, and challenge senior business leaders and stakeholders.
- Navigate and proactively lead in the unknown, being part of finding the answers by trusting your judgment.
- Act and advise on strategic matters with the ability to draft clear and concise messages and make them come alive visually when needed.
**A day in your life with us**
You will explore, develop, and lead communication initiatives that will position the several portfolios in your scope in their respective stakeholder ecosystems. By this, you will contribute to driving the desired business outcomes in alignment with the business plan. The Ingka Investments leadership team and co-worker community as well as the extended communications team are located in different countries, requiring flexibility and adaptability in how and when you connect with your colleagues working from other time zones. This role will offer a mix of strategic thinking and turning communication theory into practice.
To be concrete this means that you will:
- Execute effective internal and external communication and assist in the creation of prerequisites for our leaders and co-workers to be our best ambassadors.
- Work closely with the portfolio leaders to build a deep understanding of the portfolio objectives to tie communications work directly to desired business outcomes.
- Identify local strategic opportunities, threats, and trends to develop and implement an external communications approach in line with global guidelines.
- Be the communication expert within the portfolio areas of Business Acquisitions & Venture, Circular, Financial Markets, and Real Estate.
- Be a direct contact and support for communication needs and advice on effective choices on the topics related to the portfolio areas in scope from an Ingka Investments perspective.
- Contribute to the overall internal and external communications plans and approach and execution for Ingka Investments.
