Then Mileway would love welcome you We are seeking an asset management intern to join our team at our headquarters on the Amsterdam Zuidas. You will become part of a young, dynamic team responsible for our premium real estate portfolio as we further expand and consolidate Mileway's position as the market leader in last-mile real estate.

**Your Internship and Workplace**

Launched in 2019, Mileway has become the European leader in last-mile logistics real estate, with a team of over 500 people spread across more than twenty offices in 11 countries. The Dutch Asset Management team, consisting of 17 colleagues, is also based at our Amsterdam headquarters. During your internship, you will be mentored and guided by an experienced senior colleague, assisting with asset management strategies and lease and property management. This internship within the Asset Management team provides valuable insight into the department responsible for managing 250 last-mile logistics properties in the Netherlands with over 1400 different tenants. The internship aims for mutual introduction between you and our company. You will contribute to ongoing tasks, participate in meetings, maintain customer contacts, and join company outings.

**What You Will Do**
- Supporting Asset Managers with various projects within our real estate portfolio. You will lay the groundwork for negotiations on (lease) agreements, draft concept contracts, and assist with internal approval procedures.
- Responding to inquiries from the organization regarding real estate.
- Assisting with the technical and administrative management of our portfolio.
- Supporting in achieving our ESG goals.
- Improving data flows and conducting portfolio analyses to contribute to better decision-making.
- Attending meetings and site visits with Asset Managers.

**What You Bring**
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in real estate/asset management.
- You have demonstrable Bachelor's or Master's level of education and thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Dutch.
- We do not offer thesis internships.
- Talent for data; you can digitize and maintain new data. You have excellent analytical, financial, and negotiation skills.
