As a **Team Lead**, you’ll play a pivotal role within our OT Delivery team. You’ll combine technical expertise with leadership skills to guide your team to success. You’ll mentor team members, oversee their professional development, and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge projects.

This role is the perfect springboard for aspiring senior leaders seeking to make a lasting impact.

**Location: Poortugaal, NL**(2 days in the office, 3 days in HO or travelling in the Netherlands or Belgium or all over Europe)

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- _**Team Leadership**_: Oversee **daily** **activities**, **plan schedules**, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- _**Hands-On Support**_: Actively contribute to projects and **provide** immediate **feedback** to team members.
- _**Professional Development**_**:Mentor**, train, and guide team members **in their growth.**:

- _**Communication Hub**_: Act as the main link **between** your team and senior management.
- _**Problem Solving**_: Monitor performance, **resolve conflicts**, and foster a **positive** team culture.
- _**Hiring and Development**_**:Support** recruitment **efforts**, performance reviews, and absence management.

**What We’re Looking For**
- _**Education**_: Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- _**Experience**_**:Proven track** record in software design, development, and implementation, especially in industrial settings.
- _**Technical Expertise**_: Proficiency in **programming**, **scripting**, **database** design, and **manufacturing processes**. **Extensive knowledge/experience with SCADA systems. Preferably Iconics or even Ignition or Schneider.** Having a good understanding of **electrical engineering**, and a background in **building management systems** or **electrical power management systems** would be preferable.
- _**Leadership Skills**_: Demonstrated ability to **manage**, **inspire**, and **organize** teams.
- _**Personal Qualities**_**:Innovative thinker** with excellent communication skills and a growth mindset.
- _**Language skills**_: Excellent **Dutch** and **English.**
