As a Chemist, you will play a pivotal role in our Manufacturing Projects & Processing lab, where we seamlessly bridge the gap between coatings development (formulation) and implementing the perfect processing solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**: As a vital member of our team, you will:
- Assess new processes to drive innovation.
- Optimize processes for specific factories or projects.
- Provide crucial support for supply footprint projects across Europe.
- Investigate new processes, with a keen eye on optimizing and simplifying existing procedures as part of your daily routine.
**Qualifications We Seek**:
- Educational background in Chemistry (HBO starter or higher).
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Autonomy to operate effectively after an introduction period.
- Pragmatic, results-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in standard office software packages.
- Hands-on mentality with a great team spirit.
- Innovative thinking paired with a can-do attitude
