Bilingual Economics Teacher

As an Economics Teacher, you will provide students with lessons they will utilize throughout their lives. Your enthusiasm, creativity, and drive will ensure that our next generation of students discover the world of commerce. You will teach almost all of your lessons in English.

**Inspire and Develop at Deltion**
You will teach thematic lessons within the International Trade & Commerce team to first, second, and third-year students at level 4. Using our modular setup, you will engage and inspire your students. You will prepare lessons and assist students daily in developing their knowledge, competencies, behaviors, and skills. With your expertise, you will ease their progression into the realms of trade and entrepreneurship.

**Your Students**
Our economic vocational students are highly diverse. These students are social, articulate, and commercially driven. They come to us to establish a broad economic foundation. Often unsure of their future paths, many students are still exploring their options and need guidance and encouragement to grow.

**Your Team**
Enhancing our education to make it better, more enjoyable, and more challenging is our passion. As a team, we create meaningful education ourselves. We collaborate frequently and intensively and are keen to embark on educational journeys.
Additionally, you will:

- Guide students as a career advisor
- Contribute to the development and improvement of teaching materials.

**About You**
Being a teacher is more than just providing instruction for you. You are socially adept, communicative, proactive, and possess a capacity for perspective. We would like to see the following on your resume:

- Bachelor's degree level of thinking and working
- Relevant pedagogical skills and experience
- Your level of English is sufficient to teach our students in English
- Qualified to teach Economics at secondary level
- You already got a Cambridge C1 diploma or willing to achieve this diploma
- Prepared to learn and develop yourself in the CLIL method
- Relevant experience in an international environment as for example marketeer, representative or manager
- Experience in coaching and guiding students

We zoeken een tweetalige Economie docent. Deze vacature is daarom in het Engels opgesteld en het laatste deel in het Nederlands.

**Ons aanbod**
Wij willen jóu als collega. Daar staat ook wat tegenover. Je tekent in eerste instantie een contract voor een jaar, met uitzicht op een vast contract. De functie van docent is ingedeeld in schaal LB met een bruto (fulltime) salaris tussen € 3.532 - € 5.228.
