**Your tasks as Warehouse Manager**
- _Team Leadership_: you will supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management. Through your team spirit, you create fertile ground to get the best out of your team.
- _Inventory Management_: Important part is monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability.In collaboration with Purchase Departement you will optimize stock levels and reduce incurrent stock.
- _Quality Control:_ You will be responsible to make sure that parts will be deliverd to the customer and assembly department in good order. More above you like to develope quality control measures to minimize errors and returns.
- _Reporting and Analysis_: Generate and analyze operational reports, including order processing times, inventory levels, and staff productivity. You will be the direct contact person, which provides regular updates to senior management on warehouse performance and key metrics. On that base you can identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- _Safety and Compliance_: You enforce warehouse safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for our team.

**Your qualifications**
- You bring proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role for at least +5 years. More above you have experience in team management and leadership for at least +3 years.
- Preferably you worked on HBO level in a manufacturing environment.
- You combine strong leadership and team management skills with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Because of your experience you are proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software like Ridder and SAP.
- You are located in the area of Dinteloord and able to speak English and/or German.
