We are always looking for new innovative approaches to enhance the customer insights we offer to our clients. We are currently exploring how we can best leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) in healthcare market research, and more specifically we are trialling the use of SKIM’s AI chatbot in our healthcare surveys. During this internship you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of the market research project cycle in the healthcare industry, such as writing a proposal, developing a questionnaire and analysing and reporting a market research project. Additionally, you will test the use of the AI chatbot in a real-life project to identify the best use-cases and to optimize its use for future projects.

You will help the team by:

- Coordinating market research project(s)
- Supporting the team with questionnaire writing, programming, analysis and reporting
- Supporting the team in writing proposal slides to showcase our offering to clients
- Help setting up, monitor and analyse a pilot study among healthcare professionals to try out SKIM surveybot in a real-life study
- Help develop promotional materials such as a case study description about SKIM surveybot
- Writing guidelines for internal onboarding and training for working with SKIM surveybot in healthcare market research

**Qualifications**
Typically, we are looking for someone with the following profile:

- Currently studying or has studied one of the following; Psychology, Behavioral Science, Neuroscience, Market Research, Marketing, or other relevant study course.
- Enjoys working with quantitative data / numbers
- Is passionate about or has affinity with the Healthcare industry
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Familiar with working in Excel and / or other data generation tools
- Good communication skills, both verbal and in writing in English and Dutch
