Job description:
1. Responsible for the overall management and operation of the human resources business in Europe and America, to ensure the realization of the team goals and the implementation of the company strategy.

2. Study and analyze the talent market situation in Europe and the United States, discover and grasp the market opportunities, and formulate corresponding human resource strategies.

3. Establish and improve the human resource management system and process in Europe and the United States, including recruitment, training, performance, salary and other aspects.

4. Responsible for talent recruitment in European and American regions, including recruitment channel selection, resume selection, interview arrangement, entry arrangement, etc.

5. Responsible for staff training and development in European and American regions, including making staff training plans, organizing training activities, evaluating training effects, etc.

6. Responsible for performance management in European and American regions, including the formulation of performance appraisal standards, monitoring of performance process, evaluating performance results, etc.

7. Responsible for the salary and welfare management in Europe and America, including salary policy formulation, salary budget preparation, salary accounting and distribution, etc.

8. Responsible for employee relationship management in Europe and America, including dealing with employee disputes, solving employee problems, maintaining employee relations, etc.

9. Maintain close communication and cooperation with business departments in Europe and America, timely understand the needs and problems of business departments, and provide corresponding human resource support and services.

10. Participated in the strategic planning of human resource and the formulation and implementation of the annual human resource plan, and provided human resource support and guarantee for the long-term development of the company.

Pay: Up to €100.000,00 per year
