- _ Welcome each guest with genuine warmth, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they step through our doors._
- _ Take precise food and drink room service orders, delivering each dish and drink with impeccable timing and care._
- _ Use your deep menu knowledge to offer personalized recommendations that elevate the dining experience._
- _ Keep our dining areas pristine and perfectly set, ready to delight our guests._
- _ Work closely with our kitchen and bar teams to deliver smooth, seamless service that exceeds expectations._
- _ Handle payments with accuracy and efficiency, making the transaction process as smooth as possible._
- _ Address guest requests and resolve any issues with grace, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile._
- _ Foster an engaging, lively atmosphere that captures the essence of Pulitzer Amsterdam._
- What We’re Looking For:_
- _ Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, but a passion for service is essential._
- _ Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse array of guests._
- _ A love for hospitality and a commitment to delivering extraordinary guest experiences._
- _ The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail._
- _ Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays._
- _ Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are a welcome addition._
