**Wat doet LION?**

LION ontwikkelt en produceert brandsimulatie installaties voor trainingsdoeleinden over de hele wereld. Deze worden gebruikt door o.a. brandweerkorpsen, defensie, bhv-organisaties en industriële bedrijven. We zijn van origine een familiebedrijf, wat de bedrijfscultuur nog steeds kenmerkt. Ook ons moederbedrijf is een familiebedrijf dat al 125 jaar bestaat. We werken met ongeveer 80 medewerkers aan het succes van LION.

**Over de functie**

De huidige Production Coordinator (zo zullen we je bij LION gaan noemen) stroomt intern door naar een andere positie en daarom zijn we op zoek naar een werkvoorbereider die deze belangrijke rol binnen LION wil vervullen. Binnen LION werken we met projecten die in deelprojecten worden vrijgegeven (productieorder). Als werkvoorbereider bereid je de assemblage voor van de deelprojecten en zorg je dat het eindresultaat overeenkomt met de projectvereisten. De functie bestaat uit de volgende taken:
1) Managen van de productievrijgave:
Je bent als werkvoorbereider verantwoordelijk voor de werkvoorbereiding van jouw projecten van de Training Solutions afdeling. Wanneer er een projectorder aangemaakt wordt, zorg je dat de tekening wordt gecheckt en alles in gang is gezet voor de assemblage afdeling. Dit houdt onder andere in:

- Engineering vrijgave reviewen
- Stuklijst aanvullen met benodigde assemblage / productie artikelen
- Budget maken voor de productie order
- Plan maken voor de beste en efficiëntste productie/assemblage methode is

2) Opvolgen van productieorders:
Wanneer de order bijna gepland is om naar de vloer te gaan check je of alles gereed is voor de start. Je bereid de assemblage voor zodat er binnen budget gewerkt kan worden. Je lost problemen op de vloer op en bent het aanspreekpunt voor de vloer en voor projectmanagers voor vragen en problemen.

3) Opvolgen van de afhandeling van de productieorder:
Je zorgt dat alle stappen doorlopen zijn en dat het deelproject klaar is voor verzending. De assemblage stappen bestaan uit assemblage, testen, klantafname, verpakken en shipment. Je zorgt voor het volgende:

- Afhandeling van de productiemap en zorgen dat alle documenten en stappen gedaan zijn.
- Registreren van as built en verbeterpunten.

Ook collega’s kunnen bij jou terecht met vragen over orders, levertijden of prijzen. Deze functie heeft veel interne contacten; je werkt nauw samen met o.a. de monteurs, support administrators, project managers en engineers.

**Wat breng je daarvoor mee?**
- Technische kennis, met mínimaal een MBO diploma in technische richting;
- Ervaring met een planning software, ERP systemen en MS Office;
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
- VCA of de bereidheid om deze te halen.
