**Functieomschrijving: Marketing Assistent (24 uur per week)**

Als Marketing Assistent bij Young Venture Group speel je een cruciale rol in het ondersteunen van onze marketing
- en communicatiestrategieën. Je werkt samen met teams om een consistente merkboodschap te waarborgen en onze zichtbaarheid in de markt te vergroten. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten contentcreatie, het beheren van sociale mediakanalen, het assisteren bij projectplanning en het versterken van onze employer branding.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Contentbeheer: Creëren en beheren van content op verschillende platforms, waaronder websites en sociale media.
- Social Media: Beheren en optimaliseren van social media-activiteiten, waarbij een consistente merkboodschap wordt gewaarborgd.
- Umbrella Branding: Ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling en implementatie van brandingstrategieën voor onze portfoliobedrijven.
- Strategische & Projectplanning: Assisteren bij het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van strategische marketingplannen en -projecten.
- Employer Branding: Helpen bij het versterken van ons werkgeversmerk door middel van gerichte communicatie.
- Interne en Externe Communicatie: Ondersteunen van effectieve communicatie tussen teams, stakeholders en media.

**Kwalificaties**:

- Opleiding: Bachelor in Marketing, Communicatie of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- Masterstudenten die praktijkervaring willen opdoen, zijn ook welkom om te solliciteren.
- Ervaring:1-2 jaar in een vergelijkbare rol of relevante stage-ervaring.
- Vaardigheden: Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels, sterk in contentcreatie en social media management.
- Creatief en proactief: Een zelfstandige werker met een creatieve mindset die floreert in een dynamische omgeving.
- Interesse: Passie voor ondernemerschap, innovatie en het ondersteunen van start-ups en scale-ups.
