As a Logistics Employee at Seerden, you will be responsible for a wide range of logistics tasks, from order picking and packing to receiving and delivering goods. You will work independently, using your skills to ensure that our logistics process runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Loading, unloading, and moving products safely.
- Picking orders and preparing goods for shipment.
- Storing goods properly and managing stock levels.
- Delivering stock to internal and external locations.
- Identifying and resolving any issues in the logistics process.
- Carrying out administrative tasks related to incoming and outgoing goods.
- Operating a forklift, stacker, or other transport equipment.
- Following all safety, environmental, and cleanliness protocols and proposing improvements to increase efficiency and safety.

**What You Bring**
- Experience in logistics and a proactive approach to work.
- The ability to speak Dutch or English.
- Preferably certified in EPT, stacker, and forklift operation.
- MBO working and thinking level.
- Ability to work accurately, carefully, and under pressure.
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Physical fitness for tasks like lifting, bending, and reaching.
