- **Verantwoordelijkheden**:_

Wij investeren om zoveel mogelijk herhalende taken te automatiseren zodat we ons kunnen focussen op de meest impactvolle taken. Jij wordt verantwoordelijk voor onderstaande processen.

**1. Debiteurenbeheer**:

- Het verwerken van (bank) mutaties
- Facturatie voor verschillende entiteiten
- Monitoring and managing the accounts receivable balance
- Consulting and resolving anomalies/problems with customers

2. **Accounts Payable**:

- Checking and processing cost invoices
- Coordination with both colleagues and suppliers about the documentation to be received
- Monitoring the entire payment process (by means of payment batches)
- Self billing invoicing
- Monitoring and managing the accounts payable balance.

**3. Support**
- Other administrative work in the department
- Managing various suspense accounts.
- Support with the month-end closing
- Cash management: managing the foreign currency
- You proactively think about improvements and efficiency in financial processes
- Supporting the business/financial controller

You carry out your work using the online accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) in combination with Microsoft Office (outlook, excel).
- **Qualifications/skills (competences)**:_
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting, with an emphasis on accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- MBO education or higher in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Critical
- Strong communication and social skills.
- Flexible and proactive.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional digital skills, specifically Outlook, Excel, and web apps.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
