We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to help us maintain our vibrant workspace.
The Office Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of three office spaces at B Futurist. Your role will play a critical part in supporting our employees by creating a clean, comfortable, and organized environment, which helps maintain the high-energy culture we are known for. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and wants to contribute to the daily operations of a fast-growing company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Clean and sanitize office spaces, including desks, floors, windows, and restrooms in all three office locations.
- Empty trash bins and recycling containers, disposing of waste appropriately.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all office areas, including common spaces like break rooms, reception areas, and meeting rooms.
- Clean and disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and work surfaces.
- Replenish restroom supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.).
- Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any low stock to management.
- Follow health and safety guidelines for the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report any damages or maintenance issues observed during cleaning.
- Ensure the cleaning schedule is followed consistently across the three office spaces.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in cleaning, particularly in a professional or office environment, is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean, orderly workplace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently across multiple locations.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks such as lifting, standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
- Good communication skills in English, Dutch, or Chinese to report any issues or requirements to management.

**Functieomschrijving**:
De Office Cleaner is verantwoordelijk voor de netheid en hygiëne van drie kantoorruimtes bij B Futurist. Jouw rol is van cruciaal belang bij het ondersteunen van onze medewerkers door een schone, comfortabele en georganiseerde omgeving te creëren, die bijdraagt aan het behoud van de energieke cultuur waar we bekend om staan. Deze functie is ideaal voor iemand die trots is op zijn werk, graag zelfstandig werkt en wil bijdragen aan de dagelijkse activiteiten van een snel groeiend bedrijf.
**Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**:
Schoonmaken en schoonmaken van kantoorruimtes, inclusief bureaus, vloeren, ramen en toiletten op alle drie de kantoorlocaties.
Legen van prullenbakken en recycling containers, afval op de juiste manier afvoeren.
Vegen, dweilen, stofzuigen en stofzuigen van alle kantoorruimten, inclusief gemeenschappelijke ruimten zoals pauzeruimten, receptieruimten en vergaderruimten.
Reinigen en desinfecteren van plaatsen die veel worden aangeraakt, zoals deurklinken, lichtschakelaars en werkoppervlakken.
