**Briefing**:
We’re looking for a** Sales Support Specialist **to support our expanding sales operations. You'll play a key role in ensuring that our commercial processes run smoothly, efficiently, and consistently across teams and geographies, with a particular focus on tasks such as RFP/RFI responses, sales reporting, presentations, and leveraging Salesforce to drive results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Manage RFP/RFI Responses**: Collaborate with sales leads to coordinate and refine responses that exceed client expectations.
- ** Prepare Sales Presentations**: Design and deliver compelling presentations to support client meetings and internal sales discussions.
- ** Support for Demos**: Assist in preparing and organizing materials and logistics for product demonstrations.
- ** Salesforce Management**: Ensure Salesforce is used effectively, maintain data accuracy, and implement best practices to optimize sales workflows.
- ** Sales Reporting**: Generate and analyse sales reports to track performance and provide actionable insights for the team.
- ** Sales Operations Support**:Keep track of action items, manage workflows, and coordinate with team members to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
- ** Marketing Support**: create sales materials, campaigns, and initiatives to drive customer engagement.

**About You**:

- You have **2-5 years of experience** in a fast-paced commercial environment, preferably Financial Services and in SaaS or enterprise sales.
- You are proficient with **Salesforce** or similar CRM platforms, with a strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
- You have experience managing **Tender Management** processes, including RFI and RFP responses.
- You possess excellent communication skills and have experience in creating **sales presentations** **and reports.
- You are highly organized, **delivery-oriented**, and thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- You speak fluent **English and Dutc**h (preferred).
- You are sharp, resourceful, and know how to **get things done**.
