- Stel je voor: &samhoud staat aan de vooravond van een verandertraject bij een grote klant met 3000 medewerkers. Communicatie en beleving zijn cruciaal om deze verandering succesvol te laten verlopen. Als Art Director ben jij de architect achter de visuele beleving van deze transformatie. Je creëert een communicatieconcept dat aansluit bij de stijl van de klant en denkt na over de beste manier om dit over te brengen. Zo ontwerp je bijvoorbeeld een inspiratieruimte, design je een bordspel en maak je de verandering visueel met een infographic en magazine. Dankzij jou, en het gehele team van consultants en creatives, zorgen we dat de verandering rationeel én emotioneel beleeft wordt. Zodat mensen intrinsiek in beweging komen. _

**Wat doe je zoal?**
Als Art Director breng je een hoog niveau van vakmanschap op het gebied van concepting en vormgeving mee. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de designs van ons werk voor klanten in samenwerking met een team van graphic designers en video creatives. Zo werk je aan uiteenlopende projecten voor verschillende grote organisaties en publieke instellingen. Ook speel je een belangrijke rol in het stimuleren van creativiteit en inspireer je collega’s met nieuwe ideeën voor innovatie en hoe we voorop kunnen blijven lopen met creativiteit.
In samenwerking met onze consultants bedenk je vanuit de inhoud van de klant creatieve concepten om een verandering op de meest impactvolle wijze over te brengen. Je hebt daarbij een belangrijke rol om tijdens briefings de vraag achter de vraag te achterhalen. Je bent sparringpartner voor onze consultants en inspireert hen op hoe zij nog meer creativiteit in hun klantprojecten kunnen brengen. Ook werk je nauw samen met onze creative director voor brand &samhoud om ons eigen brand visueel te blijven ontwikkelen.
Daarnaast begeleid je andere graphic designers in hun werk en draag je zorg voor hun ontwikkeling.
**Wie ben jij?**
- Je hebt mínimaal 5 jaar (bureau)ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, een afgeronde grafische opleiding (HBO) en uitstekende vaardigheden in Adobe Creative Cloud;
- je bent energiek, nieuwsgierig, en verbindend. Ook ben je communicatief sterk (in ieder geval in het Nederlands en bij voorkeur ook in het Engels) en weet je te overtuigen, te inspireren en te enthousiasmeren;
- je hebt een kritische blik en kijkt in jouw projecten naar het grote geheel, maar blijft ook oog houden voor detail. Je bent pas tevreden als het écht goed is;
- je hebt interesse in de wereld van consultancy (met een focus op strategie en gedragsverandering) en kijkt er naar uit om hier een creatieve bijdrage aan te leveren;
