Als Area Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en coachen van de filiaalmanagers en hun teams. Je zorgt voor de optimale operationele en commerciële prestaties van de desbetreffende winkels in Nederland. Als Area Manager wordt je Filiaal Manager van 1 filiaal en stuurt tenminste 3 andere filialen aan. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen het hoofdkantoor en de filialen en speelt een cruciale rol in het implementeren van strategieën en processen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

- Leidinggeven aan en coachen van filiaalmanagers en hun teams.
- Realiseren van commerciële doelstellingen en KPI’s.
- Monitoren en analyseren van verkoopresultaten en marktontwikkelingen.
- Implementeren van bedrijfsstrategieën en -processen op filiaalniveau.
- Zorgen voor een optimale productpresentatie.
- Waarborgen van een uitstekende klantenservice en winkelervaring.
- Beheren van personeelsplanning en -ontwikkeling.
- Onderhouden van goede relaties met het hoofdkantoor en filialen.

Functie-eisen:

- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring.
- Een uitstekende motivator.
- Resultaatgericht met een sterke commerciële focus.
- Affiniteit met mode.
- Flexibel en bereid om te reizen tussen de verschillende filialen.
