- **Job Summary**:_

Handling the logistics operational activities for dynamic and global based customers within multi-cultural environment the position of Warehouse Supervisor plays a pivotal role assuring high quality operations and customer satisfaction.

The warehouse supervisor has a birds-eye view on the entire warehouse operations, inbound, storage and outbound but will secure the details of all processes.

Daily, weekly and monthly planning activities about available resource and effective use of these resources.

Monitoring and controlling all warehouse related activities.

Assuring good, common, logistics practices by daily stand up and closure of the working-day.

Communicates daily with employee’s, Sales, forwarders and customers.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Warehouse resource planning
- Timely processing all In & Outbound activities (KPI’s)
- Assuring quality output of warehouse operations
- Tidy and well-organized warehouse (5S)
- Optimization warehouse space
- Inventory accuracy
- Daily communications with warehouse employee’s
- Performance reviews (staff & process)
- Maintaining Health & Safety regulations for warehouse
- Weekly reporting
- Root-cause analysis and corrective measures
- **Qualifications & Skills**:_
- Secondary vocational education level (preferably Logistics related)
- Lean - Six Sigma (green Belt preferred)
- 2-3 years working experience in Logistics - warehousing operations
- MS Office
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communicator
- Being able to delegate tasks
- Good vocabulary in English
- Good people management / interpersonal skills
- Attention to details
- **Reporting lines**:_
- The Warehouse Supervisor reports to the Warehouse Director
- Direct reports of the Warehouse Supervisor are the warehouse employee’s
- **Communication lines**:_

Internal with: All departments within the company

External: Customer(s), Suppliers.

- Warehouse Resource planning
