Interim Cco

To manage our business units (BU Manager), we are looking for an Interim Sales Manager or CCO, that will take on the responsibility for 1 to 2 years, to drive the requirements of our existing customer base and initiates the expansion of the organization, by increasing their share of wallet of existing customers and by new business generation. The position requires frequent traveling, being proactive, implement new business and building a team to manage the span of control. Job expectations will be clearly defined in KPI’s.
Part of the selection will be a third party to assess the major proficiency indicators:

Decisive and creative mindset,
Team player and driver of a young international team,
Ability to convert a commercial business model into commercial business objectives and implementation of the business plan.
The Sales Manager/CCO of Aqua Aero Coatings BV plays a critical role in both maintaining and expanding the company's customer base, by managing the BU’s of the company, while simultaneously ensuring that the business operates profitably, and efficiently through driving key performance indicators of the Business Unit Managers.
