Qc Lab Coordinator

The QC Lab Coordinator brings together his managerial skills and knowledge of safety and lab procedures to ensure that laboratories operate smoothly. Managerial duties generally include lab audit readiness, reordering supplies, and maintaining security standards.

Key responsibilities:
- Build on maintaining security standards, provides training or awareness in case of GMP violation- Is the first contact person for safety issues or concerns- Performs self-inspection of the lab on a regular base and reports the observations to manager- Act as a system owner for general devices (freezer/ fridges, vortex, pipettes,..)- Assess the flow of materials, samples, personnel, waste, etc. and support with the improvement- Defines the location for storage of new devices, documents and materials

Key requirements:
- Bachelor B.Sc. or Master M.Sc. in a relevant discipline- Flexibility, work must be finished.- Being able to cope with a dynamical environment, planning can change very quickly- English & Dutch language proficiency- QC handson experience- Very good communication skills due to interdepartmental contact and contact with (Dutch & English speaking) third parties- Device maintenance, documentation GDP (GMP).- Open for mild shifts- Dutch working permit
