Financial Administrator

We are excited to announce a new part-time position due to the decision to centralize our US administration at our headquarters in Alkmaar. This role is highly administrative and involves repetitive tasks but offers significant opportunities for improvement. You will interact with internal stakeholders, as well as US-based customers and suppliers.

The Financial Administrator role allows you the flexibility to prioritize tasks independently and work across multiple entities.

We are looking for a part-time financial administrator who can spread their hours over 4 or 5 days. Ideally, due to the time difference with the US, afternoons would be the best time to work.

As Financial Administrator you will report directly to the Finance Manager

**Your key activities**
- Processing invoices
- Handling expense claims
- Creating journal entries
- Processing payment batches
- Handling payroll output
- Point of contact for external parties (US)
- Reporting

**Our job requirements**
- Understanding of the general accounting principles
- Secondary vocational education degree (MBO financial economical degree)
- Excellent English skills
- You know how to work with ERP systems
- General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture.
