We are currently recruiting for a talented **Sales Associate** to become a strong Sales talent.

The goal of this position is to be the influencer that is driven to succeed and develop. You seek out the hard projects and work to find just the right solutions. You’re resilient and persistent and will stop at nothing to provide our customer the highest level of service. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager Orthopaedic Instruments & Surgical Technologies.

What you will do:
You’ll work closely with experienced Sales Representatives and Managers to build your knowledge, skill and comfort with clinical and product knowledge as well as selling styles and techniques. They will serve as your coaches and mentors to share lessons learned for how to build and grow a successful business.

We offer you training and expect you to study and prepare yourself autonomously to perform at the highest levels in the operating room, working amongst surgeons and healthcare professionals. The expectations are challenging yet rewarding:

- You’ll represent Stryker as a leader in our industry and the marketplace.
- You’ll have the opportunity to identify and promote solutions and sell products that change our patient’s lives.
- You’ll collaborate with our team to build your own business, one customer and account at a time.
- You’ll identify and prospect new customers as well as continually service existing customers.
- You’ll assist Sales Representatives in determining the necessary resources needed for our customer to achieve sales objectives and then execute the plan. The resources may include educational programs and diversified sales strategies.
- You’ll foster a culture and environment that makes team OI the destination for top performers and place where people’s careers thrive.

You:

- Bring your energy and drive to travel within the Netherlands to be present at customer’s sides.
- Bring an interest in this industry, we will teach you our exciting product portfolio.
- Bring your bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharma or Business
- Are fluent in both Dutch in English
- Have 0 to 5-year successful commercial experience of any kind
- Bring a strong commercial personality
- Have a customer friendly behavior fitting our Stryker culture
- Have excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills and consider yourself to be a team player.
