We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a skilled legal professional to **join our Dutch entity in Amsterdam as an In-house Counsel. **In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our management board, providing essential legal and corporate advice while ensuring our operations adhere to the highest legal standards and best practices.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Providing ongoing legal and corporate advice, including drafting internal documents, resolutions, policies, and procedures.
- Representing Polpharma Biologics in dealings with governmental offices, courts, and public authorities.
- Coordinating the work of external law firms to ensure efficient and effective legal support.
- Collaborating closely with legal counsel from other companies within our international group.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- A qualified attorney in the Netherlands.
- An expert in corporate and commercial law with at least 3 years of experience, ideally in the life sciences or biotechnology sectors.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- A proactive, independent professional with strong organizational skills.
- Someone who thrives in an international, fast-paced environment and is eager to tackle new challenges.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a quick learning ability.
