**MISSION**:
As a Flying Stock Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing stock operations across multiple De Bijenkorf locations in the Netherlands: Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Utrecht, Den Haag, and Rotterdam. Based primarily in De Bijenkorf Amsterdam, this role requires frequent travel and the ability to manage stock processes **independently** at each location, ensuring **efficiency** and **accuracy** in line with Longchamp’s standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Delivery Receipt**:Receive and verify merchandise deliveries, ensuring accuracy against shipping documents, and report any discrepancies or damage to the appropriate teams.
- **Stock Preparation**:Prepare products for sales (labelling, tagging, and installing anti-theft measures) and ensure they are readily available for replenishment.
- **Stockroom Organization**:Maintain clean, well-organized stockrooms, ensuring optimal storage space utilization and adherence to company guidelines.
- **Replenishment**:Ensure timely restocking of the sales floor to support point-of-sale operations and meet customer demand.
- **Inventory Management**:Conduct regular inventory counts (general and rotating) at all assigned locations, addressing discrepancies and optimizing accuracy.
- **Packaging Management**:Monitor and manage packaging stock levels across all points of sale, ensuring timely replenishment.
- **VM Removal**:Coordinate the removal of VM décor to maintain clean and efficient storage areas.
- **Emergency Coordination**:Address urgent situations such as delayed deliveries, stock shortages, or errors with the support of the Store Manager and Retail Manager.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with store teams to ensure smooth daily operations and support organizational goals. Assistance from Benelux HQ is available for specific processes or challenges.
- **Reporting & Planning**:Provide regular updates to the Concession Manager and Retail Manager, who validate weekly schedules and objectives.

**PROFILE**:
- Proven experience in stock management, logistics, or operations, ideally in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with local teams across multiple locations.
- Physical ability to perform stock-related tasks such as lifting and arranging deliveries.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: From €14,50 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
