**For our Amsterdam office, we are looking for a**
**Warehouse supervisor (m/w/d)**
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our audio-visual equipment/warehouse and office to support of
our teams whilst they are providing exceptional audio-visual services within our allocated four
- or five-star partner
hotels. You will be asked to utilize your technical knowledge, hospitality skills and upselling techniques and
always maintain a positive attitude while working with internal and external clients.
The key language will be Dutch, English language is required.
**Key Responsibility**
- Prep and De-Prep Event orders by our Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure storage and maintenance of AV equipment/warehouse by guidelines and regulations
- Transport and supporting drop off, set up and dismantle AV equipment in our hotel venues
- Ensure service/repair/maintenance of equipment is conducted internally or arrange for repairs to be conducted
externally as required.
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System like barcode to process the orders efficiently and
ensure that all the required paperwork is generated/filed.
- Plan/organize the work in the office to improve productivity and increase efficiency.
- Maintain stock levels for all consumables and order as required.
- Conduct equipment inventory of all equipment in the warehouse
- Processing Easy Jobs in creating PO numbers and third-party rental offers
**Job Requirements**

- Experience with AV equipment (audio, video, lighting or rigging), preferably in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge on Easy Job and administration processes.
- Experience in customer service and willingness to provide exceptional customer service
- Attention to communication and teamwork
- Full NL driving license
